In California, professional counseling is available with a qualified mental health professional. Services are available to individuals, families, and communities from all backgrounds.
Counseling
Peer Counseling
Counseling is currently provided by many different types of mental health professionals plus many unlicensed practitioners. As part of helping develop the mental health profession, Fountain of Comfort helps support unlicensed counselors with resources guided by professionals.
Public Education
Mental health is not confined to individuals. Psychological epidemics are real and social groups encounter psychological trauma together. Fountain of Comfort aims to help foster the practice of mental health for communities as communities.
